Jon, The CTT is a phenomenal car. That being said, I would not buy one w/o warranty. PM me if you would like for me to give you some manheim pricing.
Also, consider that the maintenance on the CTT can be alot.
Tires (if it has 20") - $1500
Brakes - $1500
Oil change - $300
Mods - $$$$

You car is baller mang, but unless you want to do a little pay now - pay later plan, i dont think i can swing it just yet
PS: I hate my house - without a mortgage i could be ballin in something niiiice and parkin it next to my cardboard box

You should be able to find a lower mileage car in your price range. Just be patient and look around. If you're concerned about maintenance costs down the road, do what I did -- get a car without the expensive toys: No navigation, no Air Suspension, and no 20" tires. Most of the time you have no use for these things anyways.
