Should i pull the trigger? HELP ME!

Guys,

Im seriously interested in this Cayenne Turbo. Any tips, advice, things to watch out for???

I know its almost out of warranty...at 50k miles...should that scare me? What about the price? Seems fair for a 05 w/sport technos and Techart i think???

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Porsc...spagenameZWDVW

Thanks!!!

Great looking car, buying unseen would scare me though. I was looking at used Turbo's and new left over STit's but when I saw that the dealers were dealing on 2008's I just ordered new. I got about 8.5% off the sticker price of a 2008 V6 auto.

I know the techart bits are appealing, but the mileage would bother me. Seems like with the new Turbo out, you could do better for the same money, and of course sight-unseen does have huge disadvantages. Good luck Jon.

Looks nice, but I'd think twice about the mileage. Also, how do they vacuum to get the carpet looking like that? :-)

Is 41k really that bad for this truck?

What would guys suggest? I have had Cayenne fever for a while now and a CTT is now just within reach for me...low 50s is my range...any ideas?????

think twice about the miles? the car has 40k miles, is probably a daily driver. what do you expect? to be honest, yes, no warranty should scare you. but not because of the miles, it's more the electrical system. not sure if all of the bugs were fixed by then.

Are you really sure you want a Cayenne? and i mean really sure...

Well, id like a Porsche, and i cant really afford two cars now...and having a 911 or Cayman as my ONLY vehicle scares me a little (weather in PA, no room for friends, house stuff, etc) so i thought a niiice Cayenne S or CTT would be a nice compromise. You disagree?

Any advice tho? Problems? Do you think having no warranty in 8500 miles (i will do that in a few months easy!) will be an issue?

You should definately buy the extended warranty upto 100K miles for peace of mind!

Be careful, this was on Ebay a year ago. I know, because I looked at it then. Another owner after just 10-12 months, would scare me to death.

Oh reaaaaally? Yea, im done with this guy....told me the price was 55,9xx...but autotrader said 54,9xx...so i ask him the deal and he acts all slick and says, "oh, i have 53,000 in the car so i have to turn at least 1500 profit"....then i see eBay and it says 53,9xx!!! Uhhh, something doesnt add up???

Then i called him and left a very nice message and no return call? What a joke!
