Questions on`06 CTTS
Questions on`06 CTTS
I just traded my `04 CTT for a new `06 CTTS......
Wanted to confirm a few things on it:
1. The owner's manual given to me with the car is for an 06 CTT and not for an 06 CTTS. I was told by the dealer that they did not publish a specific manual for the CTTS since they only manufactured a small number of cars. Is this true?
2. I have Porsche OEM 18" Turbo wheels that I used for winter tires with my prior CTT. I was told by the dealer that these would not fit on the CTTS because of the increased size of the brakes. I just wanted to confirm this with the group before I started looking for 19s or 20s.
3. The CTTS does not come with a donut spare but just with the tire goop. Dealer said that the donut tire will not fit on the car for the same reason as above. Anybody have any opinion to the contrary?
4. Lastly, if I need to buy 19s or 20s for wheels where is a good place to look for them (I have TPMS)...I would prefer OEM as I like the designs but they are extremely expensive. Anybody know of a reputable and reasonable place for OEM or replica wheels?
Thanks in advance for your help.
