911 sales are down so much that 20% off asking is the course de rigeur. I'd like one but can only have one car at a time. If it is well-maintained and reliable, hold onto it!

Current Cayennes will be dropping more. It would not surprise me to see S's in the $20k range.

so true! My car is loaded with options, the guy was drooling and said that will go quickly.

AM, I can't go the private party route unless I know the person. I know of 2 colleagues who expressed an interest in my car, so when the time comes, I'll hit them first. If not, I'll trade and get the turbo. You are right, it will be the one that satisfies the 'urges'!

Finally, I got that format to work for me, Good article. No, GREAT ARTICLE!

I see someone has finally addressed the fact that the new Cayenne sacrifices some of its off-road capability--which makes sense when you delete a transfer case on an AWD. And folks have always been complaning about the exhaust note.

The comment that 'a better exhaust option is needed' is an understatment: There is NO sport exhaust option.

The lack of Sport Chrono is also a brilliant observation!

And making the steering wheel with paddle levers standard at the Turbo level rather than an option makes sense--IF you want to sell more Turbos.

One thing we all know is (generally) next year's will be better than this year's and Porsche always adds things as they go along (makes standard previous options). Besides, there be GTS, Transsyberia's and other variants and all to be had later.

Could've been better if they had not put the huge "PORSCHE" at the back end and made the "Cayenne Turbo" a bit bigger and by itself.......just like the previous generation. At least it would look cleaner. But the front end and front quarter view is just amazing!

Looks cleaner and more fresh. A little bit like the VW Tiguan too.
