dw...awesome pics/angles. Black on black is very classy. Nothing comes close to the wet mirror like look of solid black...not even Jet black metallic which is what I ordered. Good luck keeping it looking that way.

Jace have you considered the espr/cognac. IMO, the umber tartufo is the best color combo on the two tones, you won't be disappointed. I ordered esp/cogn for the natural leather. Have natural leather on my C4S and just love it.

W00t - whats the difference between natural leather and standard leather? Does natural leather wear more than the standard?

Natural leather isn't offered with two tone as I wish it was for my order.
Natural leather is more of an unfinished raw leather. It's nicer in my
Opinion that regular. It will wear faster and not be as forgiving to jean buttons on pockets or pens in pockets.
More of a softer raw leather is my best explanation.

Jace, there is one two tone option on the natural leather which is the espresso/cognac.
Ok-computadora, both leathers natural and non-natural are vat-dyed and not spray dyed (so they both are not cheap by any means like you see in most-non European cars) hence their color won't come off with time.
Porsche reserves their best quality hide for the natural (Semi-aniline) leathers. It is believed that these hides age far more beautifully than the standard leathers. If somebody is going to keep their Cayenne for a long time (ie more than 7 years) it is an investment well worth the premium. If someone changes cars every 5 years, then clearly not worth the premium that Porsche charges since their regular leather is also very good. The problem is that I am addicted to the smell/feel of natural leather as I have it on my daily driver. Cognac is not a color that everyone would like...I saw it on a Panamera and if you want to play it safe, the Umber/tartufo is the best. But it is not one of the two color options on natural leather.

After trying to decide if we replace my wife's 2008 GTS (loaded) with a 2011 Cayenne S (her idea) or 2011 Cayenne Turbo (my idea) we went with my idea! It is well-optioned. It is jet black metallic, with black interior, and has PDCC, PTV, 18-way seats (we went back and forth on this, driving Cayenne Turbo's with the 18 and 14 way seat options), Walnut interior package, Light Comfort Package, ski bag, Electric Roll Up Blinds, Seat Ventilation, Side Airbags Rear, Reverse Camera, and LCA. We absolutely love it, and got a sick deal on it. We got about 8.5% off MSRP, and a great lease rate. If you get a car from dealer inventory, it seems all are really ready to deal on the Turbo's. Also, the 3-month early lease return program is a huge plus. Here is a pic of the Turbo when we were picking it up. Not well-lit out there...but it was late and I just snapped a few photos quickly. This is the best of the bunch. Will take more when I can.
Jeff

It is a program that Porsche has that if you return a leased PFS car they will take care of (forgive) three payments...meaning if you have five payments to go, they will take care of 3, you take care of the other 2...if you have 2 to go, they take care of the 2. Great incentive program to get out early and get into a new lease.

I am considering a lease.

That sounds like a great program. Thanks for the info.
