Turbo look with out the price..

I recently had my calipers painted red by the dealer and also had the front grill opening covered in black vinyl to give it a more aggressive look...

Looks good. I guess only a true enthusiast can tell it seems a big "red-er" than the standard Turbo calipers and only an ethusiast could tell the calipers are slightly smaller than the turbos.

I'm glad you didn't paint them yellow, you'd here all the ceramic heads laughing.

I was debating on the yellow, but unless I have the ceramic brakes, then red is the only way to go. It does stand out with the charcoal colored wheels, which matches the porsche crest wheel caps.

Red painted brake calipers

INDV6,
Could you please PM me who is your dealer; and if you don't mind me asking how much did they charge you for painting them? Also, what is the longevity of that paint, is it going to hold?

Picked up my Cayenne in November, but finally getting around to posting some photos. Wanted to wait until I added a few tweaks to make it my own. Unfortunately white seems to be the most popular color, but here it is anyways.

Thanks to Ray for his help with the wheels. I think they look great.

Wow! One of the best mods I've seen. It all works as a package and looks like it was meant to be that way.

I'm considering doing something similar to mine. Dealer quoted me $1500 CDN to paint my calipers red though. Ouch!

Thanks Pepper! Your CTT is looking awesome.

I am thinking of installing trailer hitch. Has anyone here done that aftermarket? How much does the part cost? Is it easy DIY or should I go to local dealer to do it for me? How much does the labor usually cost at your local dealer? Thanks in advance!

I regularly use Porsche recommend gasoline additive Keropur - it makes a lot of different in power (and it seems running more economically...).
