2011 CTT Painted and Lowered

Thought I would share a few quick pics with the board. I had the dealer paint the wheel arches, lower valance as well as part of the lower front and rear bumper.
Once the painting was completed I had the Champion Lowering Module installed. I DO NOT recommend anyone getting their Lowering Module. I can’t believe how rough the ride quality is and if you are driving above freeway speeds (anything over 90mph) and hit a bump expect the vehicle to jump from one lane to the other… VERY VERY dangerous mod. I am having the dealer take it out in the next few weeks. It’s not worth the crappy ride quality or possibly wrecking to have the lower look.

Overall, I absolutely love the new CTT. It is a night and day difference from the last one I had.

Looks really nice. How much was the paint job and did they sand the plastic smooth before painting?

I have the Champion LM and also noticed bad ride quality at level 3 after some test I used 5 and it is ok for me.
Also a way to get a better Ride quality is if you use one level up from the mid poss.

To be honest it is cool for parking only....

What are your settings front and rear?
Mine are front 5 rear 5 and seams to work ok less than this really affect the ride quality for highway use I turn off the module.

Thanks everyone for the kind words!

Luiscarlos: I have no clue what the settings are since the dealer installed it. I will have them adjust the settings the next time I bring it in and see how 5/5 work. Hopefully that will ease the crappy ride quality a bit...

Congrats but I have to say that I really like the black contrast although the painting does add that nice sense of class.

Wow, yeah, looks great! I'm considering doing this, altho hopefully the black plastic with JBM won't be so obvious...
