2012 CS Navi HELP!

Mother superior liked my Cayman S so much so that she bailed on her beloved BMW 7 and rolled up last week in a very purdy Cayenne S. Heres the downside, I have to answer to any and quirks or concerns related to the Porsche brand because I had one first. Shes read the Nav manual up & down, and even using my own common sense, I can't figure out how to change the screen to display 3D buildings and whatnot. Yes, its half the reason she wanted the Cayenne...

Any help would greatly be appreciated. And no, I didnt order navigation because I don't need it...thats why I dunno how to mess with it.

Make sure you're at the proper distance out. Can be soon far out, won't do 3D. Zoom in.
Second, go to the birds eye on the PCM screen and select.

+1 on Jace's advice. In addition, the 3d buildings only show up in certain areas. In San Francisco, for example, they work in downtown financial district but not in the more suburban parts and not in Marin County (you still get the topography of the hills though).

If she doesn't like that answer you may be in for a few hail Marys from the Mother Superior.
