HELP ME GUYS ! i have a big issue with my cs 12
Since i collect my new cayenne s 2012 from my dealership i have an issue with my steering wheel it turns right easier and more smooth than left side, then they have checked my car and it shows in their computer a fault from the steering wheel and they have to replace a new part but unfortunately the part is not available at this moment and they have to make order to bring it and it will take around 10-15 days.
so guys what do you recommend me to do ? can they replace my current vehicle with a new production because of the steering wheel ?

If they identified the problem and it just requires a part change, then I dont think replacing the car is called for. However, they should compensate somehow for the delay in ordering the part and I dont see why it takes 10-15 days unless the factory itself is out of stock.
I would suggest you keep the car with them and request a courtesy car, this way if the part comes in and the problem is not resolved, then you would have a better case in demanding a replacement vehicle. The argument being, your car is brand new and has been with them for over 2 weeks and they havent been able to find a solution to your problem.

Ha! Wishful thinking! Take their loaner & wait for the part to arrive.
