There is a benefit to all the Cayennes going to China instead of addressing the supply shortage in the US. Bunch of accessory sites have popped up in China. I found one site that sells some cool key covers that protect keys from getting beat up when in your pocket. Wife uses the formal Porsche key case and leaves key in purse. That is simply too big for my pocket. This cheap little solution from China looks good. Some of the products on the site are downright comical. My favorite is th LV wheel cover. Not expecting you to do anything. Simply providing info. You can buy if you like. I did. The guy who runs the site speaks good English and will ship to the US via the Chinese postal system. Takes 20 days to get here, but that's fine. Given you are in HK, maybe you can point us to some other sites...

I remember when I was in China, seeing a lot of really nice cars like Cayennes, or Mercedes or Ferrari's that had these full seat covers, or neck cushions and pillows. Struck me as really odd that you get seats with full leather, than cover them up (reminds me of leaving plastic covers on couches). My wife says they're really comfortable though (and it is true the Porsche seats are a bit hard), altho I can't get used to the looks. To each their own
