What is the option "Monochrome Black Interior Package (High-gloss Black)". It has a zero cost option. I am getting a black interior with the Anthracite interior.

Monochrome black interior is the option to choose if you want the piano black trim that comes standard on the base Cayenne. IMO it looks pretty good on black interiors but I think the brushed aluminum does too - as does the anthracite you chose.
