Anyone experienced random squeaks?
I am hearing a squeaky sound outside the car at low speeds, starts off as squeaks but will gradually become louder until it squeals. I drive highway speeds mostly but I do go to coffee drive-thru quite often, and this is when I will start hearing it, once it decides to make noise. It is mainly around parking garages, parking spots, and the drive-thru, where there is a lot of low speed turns and curves.
The sound will come on for no apparent reason, and it is very random. I had no noise at all yesterday, but the other day, it was squeak/squeal galore! I am going to give my service manager a call, but thought I'd ask here first for any input. Does it have to do with electric parking brake, and its release?

Only when the wife is around. Seriously though, some questions to ask.. Does the noise vary with the engine speed, or the actual speed of the car.? Does it make the noise only in certain gears?
A trick you might try is to put the car in reverse, foot on the brake and move backwards keeping your foot on the brake ..slightly but resolute.. so you do not stall the car ( if you have manual gearbox ). Keep going back at 10-15 miles per hour, foot on brake. That might clean some of the junk on your brake rotors or pads. You might have a stone or something like that wedged in one of the brakes / units. Also, if you have put new brake pads on, you may not have seated them correctly.
