I had a p4s and now have a Diesel. More of a truck ride in regards to comfort. From pasm to diesel's standard set up. However not mentioned here is the transmission. Pdk is much better than tiptronic in regards to smoother shifting both I'm up shifting and especially downshifting.

Originally I was looking at getting into the CS but dislikes the shifting so much I didn't buy one.

The diesel handles the tiptronic better. Probably due to it shifting early and often.

Have you felt that difference during a test drive?

I'd also get the 18 way seats. Compared to the 14 way seats they are bolstered better and hug you more. But with all the options you have you might as well go with a GTS. You'd get more "bang for your buck" so to speak.

+1 on the GTS if you really like the idea of sports exhaust, air suspension, and upgraded rims. The bumper, spoiler, and side skirts make it more attractive than the normal S. They are included with the GTS, and expensive on an S. At least worth looking at before you place your order.

It seems like there is a big price difference, or rather bigger difference btw S and GTS in Canada than in the US.

I agree with adding a panorama roof.

Get the GTS and don't waste your time on an S which should really be the entry model. I can't believe Porsche can release the non S models..

I went from a Cayenne S to a Panamera as a daily driver, and now a 981 for a weekend car.

If I were given the choice between the two, I would do the Panamera over the Cayenne.

Whichever one you decide upon, PSE is a must for great sound with no drone, I had it on my Cayenne. Is PSE overpriced? You betcha, did I get it on my 981? You betcha.
