Just curious as to what you are averaging for range on a tank? Making the switch over from a X5 diesel to the Cayenne GTS and just trying to get a sense of how much of a drop there will be.

Thanks!

There might not be a drop at all. It might actually gain.

I had a X5 4.8 that got about 16 overall, then went to a 2010 Cayenne GTS that barely got 15.5 overall and I am now in the Cayenne Turbo which gets 17.5 overall for me.

He's in a Diesel. Thinking he will see a decline.

For what its worth. Wifes Cayenne Diesel got an average of 28 MPG. The Wifes Cayenne TT gets an average of 15.9

We have a X5 Diesel and a 535i M Sport and we are looking to replace the 535 with either a GTS or a 911 S. We avg. 18mpg in the X5. I took a GTS from our dealer for 36 hours and averaged about 13mpg over approx. 100 miles. Mix of local surface streets and freeway driving.

I'm mostly city. I drive about 2 miles to work so I have a low average.
Driving a full tank in the city: 10.5-11.5 MPG
Interstate Tank: Roughly 21

Thanks for the feedback! I currently am getting about 700km in the city in sport mode. While I am not expecting crazy good fuel economy it is nice to know what one is stepping in to. I just really love naturally aspirated engines and that made me opt for the GTS. The Burrmester helped as well...lol.

Serious? 21 on Interstate? I guess it heavily depends on how you drive the vehicle, speed, etc. I'd be very happy to see above 20 on highway.

This sounds a lot more realistic to me. mid to high teens for MPG (highway)

Just picked it up last night. White CGTS with painted front grill on black leather. Not driving it right now as it being wrapped with film/tinted, as well as having ClearPlex applied to the Windshield. I'll chime back in to you let you know how I fare.

Sound on start up is ridiculous!

Sure is. Sounds unbelieveably good. If only the diesel sounded as good. Congratulations on the new toy!

I mean strictly interstate, not a combo.
Fill your tank, take the interstate, drive using cruise control until you run on "E." Then check your mileage again when you fill up.
