I just picked up my 2014 CD a few weeks back and paid full MSRP. Spoke to a few dealers and they all pretty much indicated demand for the CD was very high and inventory low. I was only offered 3% off MSRP at one dealer but their inventory was non existent and even ones that were in transit were spoken for already. Oh well. Wife loves the car and very impressed with build quality and ride.

Some DeltaBravo told me if I couldn't get at least 10% off a CD I suck at negotiating. I only got 6 so I guess I suck.

10 seems tough, really tough. Area dependent too. One thing for sure is you gotta know a good deal when you get one and not chase a %.

I've been actively shopping. %s range from 5 to 8. I haven't had anyone offer more than 8. %s are good as a base measure. But obviously if you find the car you wan then you adjust accordingly. Or you negotiate a % with a dealer them just have them find the car you want and pull it from another dealers lot.

what model are you seeking? have you considered ordering the exact car you want and if so, what % offered? Have you considered European delivery (not impacting dealer's quota), and if so what % offered?

I'm looking specifically at the GTS.

I have considered ordering which I may still do. But I'm also an impatient person..so we'll see.

For custom orders I've consistently been quoted 5%. For in stock cars its 8%.

The only option i'm struggling with is PDCC. I think that will decide whether i custom order or not.

I ordered a 2014 GTS, pretty stripped. Just Sirius, Paint, Sport Wheels, Black trim, a fire extinguisher. It stickered for $89. I paid $80. It took 4-months to get in. I am extremely happy with it.

I was offered 5% without even asking for the customs order GTS, I was expecting MSRP or $1000 off so I didn't even bother negotiate more because he was such an awesome sales.

just got loaded on board and ETA 2/20, can't freaking wait

Did you get your GTS with PDCC?

It just seems like the most important option to get.

nope, my GTS is also pretty basic and mostly aesthetic options (led, nav...)

this will ultimately be a baby hauler so did not plan to go crazy with performance mods

the GTS' handling is already great IMO, did not even consider PDCC when ordering mine

I bought a new 2014 Diesel yesterday. I got 8% or $6K exactly off the MSRP. Not sure how that fairs with others, but I found that all the dealers started off with MSRP and said they don't discount, but then quickly started coming down once they knew I was shopping several dealers.
