Had discussion with dealer today on this subject. They recommend tire plug as opposed to resealing kit as long as the hole is inside of the first groove after the first outside thread on each side. inside groove to grove area is OK. The resealing kit is only temporary fix and needs to be cleaned up and may cause sensor issues.
