Base/Diesel/S -> GTS/Turbo Bumper Swap parts

Since I decided not to go with the Suncoast package for my bumper swap a few people have asked me for the parts, but I've been reluctant to share.

First let me say that the guys at ECS (who I did this through) were extremely helpful and I couldn't have gone this without their help.

I went this route because it appeared (after talking to ECS) that I could save about $500 compared to the Suncoast package. The end result, however, was much closer to a wash. Additionally it's not clear if there were additional parts that were missing (see further notes below).

So with apologies to the ECS guys as I really am thankful for their help, my advise is to go with the Suncoast kit to save some grief.

As touched on above the other reason I have been hesitant is that my body shop said it was a real pain to get it fit on correctly. He said they took it on and off about 30 times to get it right as they had to modify bits to make it fit right. This leads me to believe that A) there are additional parts that we didn't get and B) the swap isn't quite as simple as is usually described.

So with all that said, here is the list of parts I have:
  • 95863118210 - Front Light Module Right side fitment
  • 95863118110 - Front Light Module Left side fitment
  • 958505334109B9 - Intercooler Air Duct Right front bumper intercooler duct
  • 95850509300 - Fog Light Bezel Left side fitment
  • 958505877109B9 - Upper Front Grille Insert - Left Side Fitment Comes prime coated ready for paint
  • 958505685109B9 - Upper Front Grille Insert - Left Side Fitment Comes prime coated ready for paint
  • 95850568311 - Front Bumper Center Grille Not for vehicles with Automatic Distance Control
  • 95850568211 - Front Bumper Grille Right side fitment
  • 958505333109B9 - Intercooler Air Duct Left front bumper intercooler duct
  • 958505686109B9 - Upper Front Grille Insert - Right Side Fitment Comes prime coated ready for paint
  • 958505878109B9 - Lower Front Grille Insert - Right Side Fitment Comes prime coated ready for paint
  • 95850568111 - Front Bumper Grille Left side fitment
  • 95850522141G2L - Front Bumper Cover - Primer Coated Front bumper skin without hardware
  • 95850509400 - Fog Light Bezel Right side fitment
  • 95811025150 - BOOT
  • 95811025250 - BOOT
  • 95850555011 - FOAM PART
  • 95862818610 - SUPPORT
  • 95862818510 - SUPPORT
  • 95857532350 - AIR DUCT

Notes:
  • Some of those part names are maddeningly unhelpful
  • You need new fog light surrounds (listed above), but the fog lights themselves are the same.
  • This was for a bumper with park distance sensors and headlight washers, but no park assist camera.
  • The covers for the parking sensors can be reused from your original bumper.
  • The headlight washer covers can not be reused. I don't have those P/Ns though
  • The washer mechanisms, however, are reused.
  • The wiring harness for the signals and fog lights is reused.
  • Those parts include the Turbo intercooler ducts as the Diesel has intercoolers. I don't know what the difference for the GTS version are.

Hopefully this helps others.

aww that's too bad, have you talked to other members that have done the swap to see if their body shop did anything to make it work?
