Go for the 2014 and spend the difference on getting the vehicle tuned-up. That, my friend, would look WAY better than the 2015 stock vehicle, if you are concerned about the look.

Please explain "tuned-up."

Leaning towards the 2014. Don't think the difference of $20K is worth it for the 2015. Most of the depreciation has been absorbed by the first owner. Also although faster on paper i will have 30 Extra HP with the Turbo S. I also want the "S"

What I mean by tune-up is just a make over. Get a nice TechArt Kit, mod the eng and ect. Any TechArt Cayenne (2011-2014) will beat the stock 2015 Cayenne in terms of looks and performance.

You're kidding, you could easily get your Turbo S's engine produce up to 750HP at a fraction of the cost with the right mods. That 30HP stock reading should be your very last concern

KN - in your position (you have long list of awesome cars) I would get the one you want emotionally .

The 2014 is going to be pretty nice and tuning it for more HP is not that expensive or difficult...right?

Do we really know if the 2015 will have 'that' many bugs worked out then they do in any given year update? Just asking. It seems they would be constantly trying to stay ahead of bugs as they are found. In the earlier days I'm not so sure they did, heck back in the early 2000s they changed from a double row IMS to single row when they already knew double rows on occasion would fail. I'm hoping they think smarter than that now a days.

Also do you put enough mileage on to worry about problems/defects/bugs. As for handling I have nothing to go on, haven't read on the Turbo that much.

Essentially this is a 958.2 not a whole new model. So if there is anything that the previous model (958.1) had, it should all be worked out with this 2015 coming out.

I'm leaning towards the 2014 too, and also inclined to wait a month - it seems prices are already starting to fall on the 958 TT's.
