I need to tap my 12-24v to 5v regulator to a switched circuit, preferably, I would like to tap it into the cigarette outlet circuit.

I ran my USB wire to the passenger side fuse panel , and I realized, I should have made sure which side the cig outlets were on before routing the wire.

In any case, If anyone has diagrams for the left and right side fuse panels (which fuse corresponds to which circuit), I would really appreciate you posting it up here

 

It's in your owner's manual. If you don't have that, but have an iDevice there are a couple of Apps from Porsche (Cayenne and "Good to know") that give you the manual in electronic form.

Looking at it I don't see a listing specifically for the power points though I see a couple that *may* be what you want. Given that all the fuses are handling multiple functions I suggest you get the owner's manual and review it carefully yourself to determine your best option rather than going on a partial answer here.

EDIT: I just noticed your sig, you'll want the "Good to know" app if you go the iDevice route as the Cayenne app only has information up to 2013.

 

Thank you, I just finished my install, everything fit perfectly, I ended up using fuse number 38 (this is passenger side), which, luckily for me, is a cigarette outlet so it stays on for 30 minutes after I kill the engine, which is useful
