Hi all,

I've looked online for a long time but have not been able to find any answers. I have a 2011 Cayenne with 4 zone AC. The front air started to play up a few months back. First there were no air blowing to both front vents. After a long drive or occasionally, it would start to blow some air.. I THINK the fan was working but the flaps were not completely open but can't be sure. Now I get absolutely no air and the fans seem not to work.

The rears works fine.

Some searches online suggest a faulty servo motor but what's the chances of both left and right going faulty at the same time?! Also I can hear the fan running - I imagine the fans would be running but just no air out if it is the servo?

Any help here would be great. By the way I don't have a durametric yet but planning on getting on in a few weeks. Any initial input would be great.
