2011 CS instrument cluster light gone.

Hi, my 2011 cayenne instrument cluster light gone thus seat memory, side mirror, signal light and other stuff not working. I called dealership and they told me I have to replace something on back of the car and it costs minimum 3k. I just checked to see if it cause by fuse so I checked fuse and it looks fine. When I plug fuse back in right position light comes back and it worked fine after three days, but it went off again. It happened couple times and I am pluging the fuse all the time to work this. What might be the problem of this issue? Anyone has same problem??

A new battery won't hurt anything. And I can imagine a situation where the battery voltage drops low enough during cranking that the cluster turns itself off to prevent a low voltage melt-down.
