A friend gave me his old Dension gateway 500 unit (score!) and I successfully installed in in my 2005 Cayenne. I absolutely love the iPhone integration. Its like having GPS, phone, and music all built in. Plus driving apps like trapster make it truly worth it.

I have not been able to get the BTA-1500 working with it. I know that my radio has limitations with the bluetooth since the phonebook names won't show on the radio's display screen, but I won't need the display screen since my iphone is mounted on the dash. Is there any possible way to get the BTA-1500 working? This guy seemed to be able to get the BTA-1000 working, but I had no luck with the 1500.
