Largest tire size for a Cayenne?

I am running a 285/35/22 (30" diameter), and seem to have a little bit more than an inch until the knuckle joint just above the tire. Does anyone run a 285/45-22 (32.1")or similar?

Any other interference points?

I am running 295-35-21 on a 10.5" gts wheel. I dont think you need any more grip than that, and I regularly explore the upper limits of the CTT. (120+mph drifts)

Stat type of wheels? Do you have some pics?

I'm considering a similar setup.

We went with 265/35/22 front and 315/30/22 on this setup! Size of the wheels is 22x10.5" - 3.0" lip and 22x10.5" - 4.0" lip but it can go wider and larger diameter. Let me know if you got any more questions.

I am looking for the widest tire I can fit in a 2011 S Cayenne. It has GTS wheels 20 inch. The reason is my wife, just bought her the Cayenne. Had the wheels powder coated black and painted calipers red. Something in the caliper paint is attracted to curbs. Looking for as much sidewall rubber padding that will fit on these rims. Any suggestions?

My stock size is 295-35-21. Correction from previous post with no responses LOL.

I was wondering if anyone has tried Michelin Pilot Sport PS2 size 305/30R21XL?

So I'm running 24"x10" gianelli verdi wheels with negative 20 offset. Tires are 285/30 and sits beautiful on the 2013 Cayenne. Only have a pic of them on my q7. I only test fitted the wheels on the cayenne for this spring.
