there are so many options, she is looking for well equipped fast version, the easiest is to go for top of the line but does it make sense ?

Cayenne S... my vote, thats what I got for her...that way I don't have to drive my 997.2 with the family all the time and enjoy driving hers. Very quick and not as expensive as the CTT. I got my 2011 S CPOd with 11K on the odometer for 68K loaded.

If you have the mentality that going with the top of the line will cure all needs, then there is no sense getting the Cayenne S (or even asking the question if it makes sense). Go with a fully loaded turbo and you will never have any regrets.

For that reason the wife got a CPO turbo with all the goodies. Less then a new S.

I bought a GTS and loved it for about 3 weeks, thats when I drove the turbo! I ended up only keeping the GTS a total of 5 weeks, then swapped for a turbo. Night and day difference. I lost alot of money on the trade also I lost the factory hitch I had installed on the GTS, but I don't regret it one bit. If you care even a tiny bit about how fast the vehicle you are buying is, then there is no other choice but the turbo. Drive them both and pick what suites you best. Regards.
