Cayenne Bluetooth Audio

Anyone know how to stream pandora over bluetooth to a 2012 Cayenne? I tried hooking up my Lumia 920 to the usb port and it only picks up the mp3's on my phone but not an alternative audio source.

All I can say is don't be surprised if it doesn't. My CDR30 will not stream bluetooth audio. Hopefully you don't have a CDR30.

I have the CDR31. Not having the ability to stream seems incredibly stupid considering it is already allowing data to be transferred over the usb. I guess a solution would be to just plus in a 3.5mm headphone jack in as well but that can't be the only option.

I was so surprised when I found out my unit would not stream bluetooth. In this day and age its hard to believe it does not. My 2008 Lexus and my 2010 infinity both streamed bluetooth audio. I use the head jack phone on my iPhone but that's getting old quick. It's $900 to get a new radio installed and wired to the steering wheel as Porsche does not have a harness for the steering wheel so they have to custom make one. Trust me I'm thinking hard about it!

Ik right! My friends ford has pandora streaming built in. One would think that a car which costs 10x as much would have more in the way of features...

I have a 2012 V6 and I can stream bluetooth. I don't hook it up to the USB though. Once your phone is paired you select the AUX option with the bluetooth logo on the pcm, not the regular AUX option.

That's what I do as well. And it also allows me to use the < and > buttons to move to the next or previous music.

I was amazed when i discovered out my device would not flow wireless. In this day and age its difficult to believe it does not. My 2008 Lincoln and my 2010 infinity both streaming wireless sound. I use the go port cellphone on my iPhone but that's getting old fast . . . . . . . . . .

The cayenne does allow this. I have used both an iPhone 4 and iPhone 5 and both work just fine.

Get the pandora subscription. It's so cheap and totally worth not hearing those commercials if you use it regularly

The Lumia 920 has pandora one free for a year since they were late in development for windows phone.

I found out that you have to enable bluetooth streaming which was hidden in the treasure trove of options and menus which seems completely stupid to me. But it eventually worked and now I can enjoy all the pandora my data plan will allow for.
