Like I needed to spend more money on this thing, I ordered a set from the ebay link I posted. They will be here this week. I'll post some before and after pics. The beast is silent while the ECU is headed back to Softronic this week.

I know the feeling! Tempted to pull the trigger on these for my white/black CTT:

Those might look nice. Since I'm getting the Softronic tune done I figured I should update the diverter valves too so just spent another $300 on those. I need to stop!!

BamaScoot here's a visual for you on my old CTT, same tails that you're looking at. IMO the 2nd best aesthetic mod besides the 22"/durametric lowering combo.

I prefer the painting the blinker white strip with the VHT red lense paint. They look as good as the 957 ones.

Looks good, thanks for posting. Will have to get these when I black my trim out. How did you do yours? Plastidip?

Been thinking of getting the same for my Cayenne. Tired of drying the condensation in one of my tails also. Looks great!

Well for whatever reason it seems like everything I try to do with this thing is harder or has more issues than I had hoped. Got the tail lights tonight and swapped out the driver's side first. For some reason only the upper half of this one lights up. I didn't feel like screwing with it to see if there was something wrong or what. On the stock light it's the lower half that lights up until you turn on the rear fogs, step on the brakes or signal.

I'll mess with it some more later. I liked the look of it, just need to figure out if it's actually going to do everything it's supposed to.

Wrap, The lower door trim and the rear hatch trim were dark satin grey to match my wheels, and the window trim was matte black. I tried plastidipping the trim and it didn't look right with the doors open, as the inside of the door jams were silver still. Had it wrapped for $200 and definitely worth it.

Not sure who else bought these lights, but they don't work properly on my '05 CTT at all. So stock the parking light is on the bottom, brake on top, rear fog bottom gets brighter and the blinker and reverse are in the middle.

With these the top lights up with the parking light, then the top gets brighter for brake, the blinker is fine in the middle. The lower section never lights up, the rear fog doesn't seem to do anything, and worst of all when I put it in reverse there were no lights at all and I got a warning on the dash.

I went back and checked to make sure I bought the right one and it does list 2005 Cayenne turbo as applicable. So I'll be sending the seller a note to find out what's going on. Not sure if the OP had any issues with his or not?

It's not like I could wire the thing wrong or anything, it's one plug. The good news is this couldn't be a much easier job. Two plastic covers, two screws and pull it out!

Well I may be eating some serious crow. They responded and told me I needed to swap some of the bulbs out of my stock lights. I didn't realize or catch that part in the ad. Guess I'll try that tonight and see how they work. Will report in later!!
