Porsche dealership lost my tires

hi,

I got winter tires installed in my car in Feb and at that time we were told that you can leave the regular tires here and then we can switch it later.

Now i asked them to switch my tires and they don't have it.

They are claming its not their responsibility if the tires are left there.

what should i do?

I argued back, saying if that was the case, how come no one even called and asked me to pick them up?

please help where should i go complain.

For any issues not resolved at the US dealer, call Porsche North America... The number is "1-800-PORSCHE"

Right here.

Post the name of the dealership and the people you talked to.

Is it Len Stoler?

No, do not do this. This is not the internet justice forum. Call Porsche corporate and deal with it through the official channels.
