All lights on dashboard flashing after putting charged battery back on

Hi there, I have a 2003 Cayenne Turbo. The car battery was dead, so I have it recharged. I put the battery back and then took it for a run. After I parked it, all the lights on the dashboard are all switched on and flashing. Could you please advice if there is anything I can do to stop this issue or I will have to take it to the dealership to have it reset? Thanks for your help. Gary

Hi

"All lights flashing" is definitely not right. I would check the ground connection as this is normally a cause of multiple warnings. It could also be that you need a new battery, as it has not held charge after being recharged.

I have attached a doc "procedures after battery removal" It may of be of help to you

Thanks for your help, DLF. The car was fine to drive after I put the battery back on after a thorough recharge. All the lights were on after I parked the car back into the garage. Sound like I need a new battery
