We are often quick to complain and criticize but not recognize good or great service.

I wanted to share my outstanding experience with Napleton Porsche where I purchased my 2008 997TT. My sales advisor, Maciej, the GM, Ron Barnaba, are excellent, straightforward, and customer oriented.

The service department with Kerry, Marc, Gino, and the outstanding techs is excellent.

If you're in the market for a Porsche, I would highly recommend Maciej @ Napleton. You owe it to yourself to at least check Napleton out.

If you require service on a Porsche, I would highly recommend Napleton.

Maciej (pronounced macheck, nick named "sexy time") is cool and wrote up my first C2S, I worked with another salesman, Shawn Young on my GT3.

Kerry, Marc and Gino take care of my car in a major way for service. Joey the high performance parts guy rocks as well! He definitely knows how to get a Porsche set up for the track and high performance fun. They have taken good care of my car this year setting it up for the track, including sending a porter out to the race track with a new set of brake pads when I needed them badly.

Napleton totally understands customer service, they host lunch and cater lunch every Saturday (you'll find me scoring free lunch there almost every Saturday) and they host some great parties once a month too!

Highly recommended!!!

My dad bought two from them and both times were good experiences.

 

Where the C4S comes from. Maciej was pretty nice but the car is now serviced at the exchange , as its closer .
