Arrow C&C meet at The Great Indoors (Park Meadows) to become WEEKLY!

Do not forget that there is a gathering this Saturday at 8am

See everyone there!

*** We understand that the first Saturday of the month there is a C&C in Boulder, and this is not meant to take away from that gathering, but to simply be an alternative place to gather to enjoy meeting up, talking cars, and drinking a cup of coffee.

This is becoming ridiculous. Its cool when it only happened once a month because we had a big group who could show up because they scheduled it in. I have a feeling they will be much smaller now. If anything, leave the first Sat open for the boulder one and have a meet the other three weeks.

There are some people (like myself) that will not make the drive to Boulder due at that hour for coffee due to the drive time/miles. If you lived in Castle Rock would you drive to Boulder? How about if you lived in Colorado Springs? Or farther south?

The Great Indoors is simply an alternative location, and on the first Saturday those who normally go to Boulder are more than welcome to keep going to Boulder.

Yeah and I wouldn't drive from the springs to Denver either. Its not like those people are going to make it every week either so on any given week its less likely to see the same amount of cars you would if it was a once a month or bi monthly thing. When it only happened once or twice a month, it was worth the drive because you could expect to see everyone you know and great cars...now its a crap shoot. Just my two cents.

Well, for example, I most likely will be driving up with @10 friends/cars from the Springs next week to The Great Indoors because of where the gathering is. None of us would make the 100+ mile drive to Boulder.

I hope to see you there this Sat.

I don't think you understand my point. I'm fine with it being at that location. My problem is the fact that now this is a regular thing. Where before you could expect pretty much everyone to be there, its very possible to show up one week and have a small amount of people be there. That's a long drive to make to realize there is nobody there.

But the upside is if you couldn't come to the second Saturday for that month for example, you don't need to wait another month, just go to the next Sat meet.
Of course, not everybody will come every week.

Agreed. For example, on the second Saturday is the Porsche Club breakfast, and that makes a difficult choice for them. Now, starting in MAY they can come to The Great Indoors on Sat #3 or #4 without any conflicts. They can also go to Boulder on Sat #1 as well

I have done the drive to Boulder and back a couple times, in all honesty it kinda chaps my hide to hear "oh thats too far" when it comes to meeting in Denver or the Springs for an event.

Even if I lived in Denver, I wouldnt be going every Saturday, I love you guys (well, most of you) but damn, every week is too much. Once a month is good for the winter/fall/spring, every other week in the summer is ideal.

The Great Indoors is a perfect venue, lots of space, central location, excellent coffee and we're off to good relationship with the GI mgmt. It's good to have it as an alternate weekend to other GTG's such as Boulder.

Imola2001, I'm in CoS as well, let me know if you want to join up on Saturday for the drive up.

IMO, every weekend is way too much. I prefer what we did last year...a meet is OK, but a drive is way more fun....of course we can't have 50 folks on a drive.

Perhaps we can have a subset of folks that are interested in driving the dang cars instead of having them sit in a parking lot...

+1, completely agree- I like the meets, but would rather meet AND Drive!

We are meeting up at the McDs on North Academy right there before you get to I25 & you are more than welcome to join us.

We plan on meeting up at 7am to be on the road by 7:15am at the latest.

Feel free to tell others to join in!

When the weather is nice, I think the idea of going for a drive after GI is a great idea

As long as there are guys with radar at the front and rear in down. Otherwise I have way too many tickets this year haha. Luckily with my VT license, its just money... no points

WVU fan is infamous around these parts
I would like to go on a drive as well. I have had the RS4 for 2 weeks now and have really only been on 2 long I-70 drives(to Beaver Creek & Breck) and put 900 miles on it. Need to do the curvy roads.
