Hey hows it going? Did you get a Porsche or thinking of it?

I don't know which one is the best but I know the Porsche Club uses Loren at European Performance Specialist a lot. I know Loren personally and the service he gives is very good. I would not hesistate in recommending him.

Cheers

Do those shops do performance installs?

I may be picking a Turbo up within the next few weeks and have my eyes set on an Evolution upgrade.

I'm shopping around.

What type of P-cars does the Porsche Club take to Loren? Older P-cars or newer?

There's a member on here (xtapoutx) that apparently didn't have very good results with his EVOMS tune. I was surprised to hear that because I always thought their stuff was top notch, but in another thread on here, someone said that a GIAC tune is the way to go. I'm definitely interesting in learning more about the tunes and shops in Colorado that can provide the flashes/tunes.

I don't think they do installs but I have done a lot of research on ECU flashes and when I get one I will get the Softronic one. My car is still under warranty so I am not doing it right now. It has many many reviews on another forum and is highly recommended. Plus, it can be installed yourself with a laptop, a battery tender and that it! It is also 100% reversable by reinstalling the stock file which they give you. They offer excellent support.

What year Turbo?

I am thinking of getting either a turbo in the spring or a new Cayenne.....wife is pushing for a Cayenne since I already have a Cayman S but I am pushing for the Turbo!

Let me know when you get the Turbo.

Cheers

Many PCA guys with older cars take them to Loren as the dealership costs a lot more. For newer cars still under warranty and for repair work the dealer is obviously used. For new cars that need oil changes, brake flushes, etc many use Loren......its a lot cheaper!

What are you shopping around for?

The one I'm looking at is an 07 and hopefully having it by the beginning of October.

Nice! If I get a Turbo all I know is that it will be an 07+ instead of a 996.

Are you looking locally? (ie here at the dealership?).

Rascus,
We have a relationship with Stevinson Imports in Littleton. If you are interested I can get you in touch with the proper people over there to get you taken care of. What Evolution upgrade were you interested in?

Hi Rod, I'm looking at the 650R kit. I probably won't do anything till after the new year but when I am I will definitely hit you up for the connection.

I have some other questions in regards to the upgrade but didn't want to bother you guys until I was read to go.

Thanks!

The 650 is a smokin set up to say the least. If you have questions right now please do not hesitate to ask. I understand your time table but I also want you to know that we are here for you anytime you need, weather you are ready to pull the trigger or not, all good.

Thanks Wross, and yes, Chris has done just about all the mods to a 996turbo at least once, and has a good feel for what's good and not so good.

Also to Evolution Motorsports, please continue to send local modders and enthusiasts over, much appreciated!

Please feel free to PM me with questions or better yet, stop in and say hey.
