Is this still a concept car or are they being delivered? Anyone on here have one?

I love it but my only concern is that it's so quiet that people might step out in front of your car if you live in a busy area....

 

It is now a production car. I don't have one but one of the chem teachers at my school does. She has never had any trouble with people walking in front of her car when moving.

they are pumping out about 200 a month. too small for my liking but is good otherwise. i'd cross shop elise and exige also. waiting list is huge i've heard.

Pretty fast for what it is.. However, most of my cars get less than 10 MPG so I do not see a need for this, It is OPEC and the Government ripping us off along with the oil companies. Stop the corrupt government and drive what you like. Or you can move to Cuba and take Obama with you.. He would work real well as the next dictator......

 

Can you hear about hearing that headline on the news " Man gets hit by sportcar because he could not hear it comming" lol the irony =)

 

I think they'll be more viable when their charge can last more than 100 miles. At that rate I could almost make it to work and back.

 

I wouldn't classify the tesla a "supercar" its just an eco-exotic, nothing more really.
