Actually that's a product we've been developing for some time now made for cleaning the NAV screen in you car. The technology comes from a formulation made for the aerospace industry (my previous career). I know many people use either window cleaners, diluted alcohol or instant detailers to wipe their screen (as did I some time ago), but this is detrimental to not only the screen membrane but also to the electrical contacts in the rear of the screen. I personally spoke with one manufacturer of a cleaner who was requested by BMWNA to make them test samples because they were having so many costly warranty claims at dealerships from car owners using the wrong chemicals on the screens.
We should have the final formulation completed in a week. It will be alcohol and ammonia free, non-flammable with no harsh sovlents or chemicals. I already spoke with Moe as well as other professional detailers to be a beta testers for the product; anyone wishing a sample please contact me directly.
