This was a huge undertaking. For 1 the car came to us with amazing gloss and depth, however when we went in to examine the car we found tons of imperfections on this 8 year old S8. outstanding work and write up!
Great work on der Audi! I love your write ups, as for me they are basically instruction manuals. My polishing skills are at the amateur level, but your descriptions help me to remember to do the little things that most people overlook. Always a new tip or two.

Thanks for the time that you invest in providing these informative posts.

What is the best way to remove the stain/marking after bird droppings have embedded into the clear coat? I have a black C4S with 3 bird dropping stains that will not wash or wax out. I rubbed with the wax and it got rid of them by about 25%, but it is still noticeable at certain angles of viewing. Any help is appreciated.

The droppings sat on the paint for the whole day. Must have happened sometime in the morning and by the time I was finished work the sun was shining and I went straight home and used soapy water to remove the bulk of it, but the stain remained.
