Mini review of detailing products

I bought some great products from Detailer Domain recently. I thought some of you may want to know more.

1. Optimum No Rinse & Wash & Shine
http://www.detailersdomain.com/optim...c-norinse.aspx

This wash worked amazingly at reducing the swirl marks on my 12 year old black Mercedes. I washed it with a 1/2 gallon water mixed with 1oz of this. It is amazing how a car wash can reduce and virtually eliminate swirl marks.

2. Uber Jumbo Waffle Weave Drying Towel
http://www.detailersdomain.com/uber-...towelblue.aspx

This towel absorbs water very well. It leaves no streaks behind. I can see why it's the drying towel of choice. It is about 3x more than a regular MF towel though. If you have a blower, you may be able to get away using a cheaper MF towel.

I will probably pick up more detailer stuff once my current supply of polish and wax runs out. It's good to see new amazing products out there that work so well, effortlessly.

RPGilberts87 is infamous around these parts
I've never heard of ONR removing swirls in the paint. There's no sort of polish in there, just more of a real soapy lubircant so you use less water.

Doesn't he mean ONR reduces swirl marks from occurring?

I noticed that virtually all of swirls are gone from the black paint. Don't ask how it happened. It just did. I didn't expect that at all. It looks better than a freshly polished car.

That doesn't make any sense. I use ONR sometimes, but it doesn't do anything to the finish other then to take the dirt off. It maybe makes it more slick looking, but it's just a temporary thing.

OK I think I was looking at the car in sun light. This is why the swirls are gone.

When under a florencent light, I can see the swirls. However, it's still less noticeable. Maybe the shine was hiding it.

Either way, I like the product and will be trying more of it.
