The clear bra on my rear bumper has become somewhat yellow and had a lot of blackness above the exhaust tips.

I peeled the clear bra off today but it left behind a lot of tough-to-remove glue residue.

I tried Windex, GooGone, Wax & Grease remover and the glue does not even budge.

Any tips or suggestions that I should try?

You may have to also use plastic razor blades. It really is an unpleasant job. Good luck with it.

I would second the unpleasant sentiment. I would also take it by a professional to get their opinion. There are varying levels of difficulty depending on the clear bra that was used. My recommendation is to get a pair of eyeballs from someone who knows and get take their advice.
