hoping to find a little expertise here!

the passenger side of my cayenne S dash has developed some little white flecks on it. don't really have any idea what specifically they're from, but it's the only place i've seen them on my interior.

i've tried griots interior cleaner as well as prestine clean with microfiber cloth, a detailing brush and a leather brush and i'm getting nowhere

does anyone have any suggestions or tips? does anyone make a little touch up pen for the dash that works like the little paint scratch pens at home improvement places?

it's a platinum grey standard interior (not the full leather). thanks in advance for any help!
