New rear bumper painted dull spots

Hello All,

Last week had my 958 rear bumper replaced and painted because of a minor thing, today I noticed on the paint a dull spot, is this something I can do, or better to take it back to the dealer, also I noticed little spots that looks like wax but I'm not sure, I was using my microfiber to removed it but its very hard.

Thanks all

It looks like a burn from a rotary buffer - find a quality local detailing company to look at it and help remove it.

Thanks for the info, They buffed the bumper again today, looks better just with fine scratches, maybe I can polish those out with menzerna 400 do I have to wait to gasout on the bumper before aplying any polish?

I was reading from my phone sorry, so a rotary buffer, I'm not a good detailer but does it look like damaged clear coat from the picture?
