Got Tagged

So a car tapped my rear bumper I guess yesterday while trying to parellel park and left two dime sized impressions in my paint. Any suggestions. My guess is a repaint is going to be needed

If it is just on the plastic bumper cover then a repaint will fix it up easily. About $400.00 for a good shop to do it, at least that is what the price around here was.
