Good detailer LA/Beverly Hills

Just wondering if anyone knew of a reasonably priced and good detailer in the LA/Beverly Hills area. Olympic and Robertson.

Most quotes are $200-$300 I was hoping more around $150

Thanks

Then you want a good underpriced detailer or a moderate detailer. Normally for that price

Ditto....A proper detail should be starting at the mid $300s. Our details for a P-car are typically $485-1200 depending of the level of correction and reconditioning. You always get what you pay for. Sub-par detailers and fly-by-night guys that don't know it yet will charge less and go out of business fast when they realize they cannot sustain a business on detailing cars for $100-200 bucks. Unless you're cheating on taxes, don't have insurance, and use inferior products, I don't see how these guys detail for so cheap. It hurts the industry, the detailer, and the consumer. My 2 cents.

Wow, $1200?

I have a 2006 550i, that's still pretty much in mint condition. I just wanted a few good layers of wax every 6 months or so. Definitely not a "reconditioning"
Heck, no one ever sits in the backseat...

I don't mean to be cheap, I was just used to Steve's detailing in Newport Beach that did cars for $120-$140.

I can't speak for Steve's Detailing. But as I mentioned above, a PROPER detail on a Carrera should be anywhere from $300s and above. $1200 would be the level of work needed on an Enzo, Merci, Vanquish, etc. Those cars have a lot of detail inside and out and any mistake is a costly one. So it's just like insurance; the more the value, the higher the risks, and costlier the correction. But an avid detailer should take his/her time and that's what you're paying for. A typical enzo or carrera gt takes me about 9-14 hours to work on. But a typical Carrera would run about $465. You do it twice a year and the car is in excellent shape. A proper detail will enhance the experience of the ownership.

I totally support Moe on this one ( I do on alot of things )....at the least to keep the lights on it will require a min of $300 for just an exterior detail with the proper work needed. Most other detailers that charge less are glazing the car and not doing any paint correction at all.

Thanks guys, good to know. I'll up the budget, but since I'm only driving a 550 so I'll try to find a $250 budget
