Unknown, but my guess is the headers, cat delete, and straight pipes!
I put a Tubi N-GT on my Stradale but it doesn't come close to spewing flames. Sounds good, though.

Just like in Miami Vice. The blue 430 had the same blue flames. It happens if you remove the cats on rear engined cars.
Dont you think if you keep flaming up, the rear bumper would melt due to heat???

Those flames seem excessive? Not that I don't approve, looks awesome, but the only cars I've seen with flames on demand like that were those flame thrower kits (don't approve). I know it can be done by removing cats and straight pipes, but even then I havn't seen flames quite like that? Anyhow, what do I know, those cars are amazing visually and aurally.
