No Ferrari person I know would pay $1mil for that car.

I think, in a polite way, that your friends are dreaming.

They may be qualified and they may have done a great job, but that does not equate to Ferrari factory rebuild as was done with the infamous "Dieter" diven and destroyed Enzo in Malibu two years ago.

I know of undamaged Enzo's that can be bought for $1 mil.

I hope they do ok to recover their costs, but I doubt they will see a follow through sale at the level they want.

+1

I can't see someone paying a milli for a rebuilt Enzo.

Far too much. I just looked at current Enzo prices, and they are $1.4 mil+!! I literally was checking out prices on these a month or two ago, and they were only going for $7-800k, and F50s were going for $850-950k. WTF made the Enzo jump so high again?

In some areas the Enzo may have climbed but some areas not so. The weak US dollar can contribute to increased sales dollars.

I looked at a beauty recently and the asking was $1.1Mil. The asking! And it was a beauty with about 3,500 miles.

That car is worth no more then $350,000-400,000. The interior is trashed. The paint is in horrible shape for an Enzo (lots of swirl marks evident in the pictures). Not to mention it has been crashed, is celebrity owned, and has been romped during the filming of a movie. It's no longer a perfect (mint) car that a collector or serious Ferrari enthusiast would purchase.

That shop also isn't as good as they say they are. I remember members posting pictures of that Enzo and a crashed yellow 360 at what appeared to be that shop. If I remember correctly the 360 was getting bondo work on the rear fender... This may not be the shop selling the vehicle so I apologize in advance, but I do remembers the pictures.

Bottom line is nobody will pay anywhere near $1 mil for a salvage Enzo.

not even that. anyone that can afford 500k on a toy car won't want one that's been crashed. that car is absolutely worthless except for parts IMO

I guess this Enzo might sell for $1 million because it does have 2 active bids.

Yes but as frequently happens on eBay many buyers do not come through.

Maybe the seller is bidding!!!

Silk55, there are no replica Enzo parts, BTW.

not really no doubt the seller is doing what all the other sellers on ebay do, have their friends bid up the price!
