Idea to launch a 430?

Could I just put it in N, rev to a desired engine speed and put it into first? seems logical to me, but in terms of clutch wear I understand the life will significantly decrease, but will it break anything? have anyone tried?

"To use the launch control, you have to set the car to CST mode (**** on the steering wheel). Then you have to press the L.C. (Launch Control) button (on the midconsole). One foot on the brake, on one the throttle. Rev it up and slowly release the break."

If your in a 6spd, then you will rev to around 4-4.5k with your foot on the clutch and the gearshift in the first gear position. Then, forcefully but smoothly let off the clutch and your off...you will have to balance wheelspin with throttle, but youll get the hang of it.
