Damaged Scud - Yea or Nay??

Damaged Scud - Yea or Nay??
This would be an extra car I would like to track and spin around the block on occasion. How much below market should I offer? Or, should I stay away from it at all costs? FYI - it's all fixed by Ferrari (repair invoice is available but I haven't seen it) and looks brand new. If the general consensus is "yea", what questions should I be asking and what should I look for during test drive?

My basic negotiating skills would have me asking how much, not offering a price. Most questions can be answered but reading the repair invoice which I bet is quite minor on the damage but costly to repair.
Nevertheless, I'd say 20% off non-hit value now that it's been smacked, fixed and carfaxed as hit if the dealer fixed it. Scuds somehow are holding value these days which is a plus.

Car sold before I could get all of the requested details - but thanks for the negotiating skills advice.
