360 timing belt change

Hi Everyone I'm in the market for a 360 and concerned with the timing belt service. 360's do not require engine service like its older siblings yes? If yes what would something like this cost on average? What should I look for mechanically and what are some of the quirks I can expect?

Thanks in advance.

The link below should give more information.

Belts change are not that bad and can be done at home with several beers and lots of patience. There are two timing belts and 3 accessory belts. I did this recently on my 360. I bought the 30k maintenance kit which something you should do (if the previous owner haven't done in the last 3 years). This has all belts, seals and spark plugs. Typically cost around $1,200.

Have fun 360s are fun cars and very reliable.

Dealers will charge around 5K for a full major service: Belts, fluids, etc.

Indy shop around 2.5k

This only needs to be done every 3-5 years depending on how much you drive. Otherwise just fluids annually.

Just make sure to get a clutch and rotor/pad read out. These too will cost if they need to be replaced.

Good Luck!

Got it thank you! Found a shop locally called Raging Bull who did some work on my Esprit and can do the job for about what you are saying.

Thanks!
