I was invited to the FERRARI F1 Reception this evening which was taking place here in Istanbul because of the GP weekend and look whom I met today !



Kimi really is ICEMAN, I asked him 5 questions and he gave me the 5 shortest answers possible



Felipe was much more friendly, I congratulated him for his pole position early in the day and he thanked me a lot and said so many good things about Turkey. He was such a good sport !



And the legendary team director Jean Todt. We actually had a pretty decent chat with him from the leaving of Schumi to this season and all. He was also very friendly and very down to earth...

All on all, it was an unforgetable evening for me. Such an unbelievable experience. Just wanted to share with you guys !

You lucky SOB! I was watching the GP Practice and Qualifying earlier on my DVR, The end of qualifying was awesome! I assume you have tix to the GP tomorrow.....

I am hoping to get in on a couple next year if all goes well.....

Thanks a lot everyone ! The race was great and our guys have been 1-2. Couldn't be better ! The post race party was wild incredible but no cameras were allowed as you can imagine why (Seriously wild ! )

Ritesh - The manager of FERRARI of Turkey was my team director when I was racing for a local team over here and we've been friends ever since. He invites me to all kinds of special events like this ....Besides being a hardcore Tifosi also helps

Hiper - Thanks buddy. If your relationship is good with your local FERRARI dealer, you can ask them to vouch for you as a valuable customer and they could notify your visit to the officials at MONZA and they would invite you as well. Why not ?

Clubber, do you know whether they have these kind of pre-events prior to every race? I know in Bahrain they didn't have an event.

The Ferrari dealer here is the same dealer for Bentley, so I think I would be able to have them vouch for me at Monza...I hope they have such an event there....
