Summertime in Orlando attracts millions of visitors who clog our roads and introduce a level of automotive drama that would defy the creative acumen of 1000 video game developers. Thankfully, in the grand scheme of things a few million tourists are a marginal discomfort when balanced against the sweet, timelessness that comes with a crisp summer’s day in Central Florida. So this Memorial day weekend, The Orlando Automotive Club would like to extend a special invitation to all those willing to share a small slice of their special summer at the Orlando Automotive Club’s Cars and Café@ The Route 46 Entertainment District. Please also note that Route 46 not only has an excellent breakfast and lunch menu, cool A/C and cold drinks are never more than a few steps away, so don’t let a little sunshine get in the way of passion.

Community Service
By now, the word about the Orlando Automotive Club’s commitment to charity is spreading but just to emphasize the point, we would like to remind everyone that :
· Recurring canned food drives & special initiatives meant to shed light on worthy causes like the natural disasters and help for needy children are a staple of the club and our Cars and Café meet. We are officially partnered with the Second Harvest Food Bank of Orlando and the majority of our collected cans contribute to the great work they do in our community.




Please remember that this month’s meet is on May 29th at The Route 46 Entertainment District. We look forward to seeing each of you at what promises to be an awesome meet.

Went up there today, wow a lot of nice cars. Saw the MHP C63 looking clean.

 

Highlight for me was definitely the Nissan Skyline R34 GT-R. First time seeing one up close. My photos will be up tomorrow.
