Waterproofing Garage Walls
Waterproofing Garage Walls
Guys... Im building a new home and of course one of my projects is the garage....
What did you use to waterproof your walls? I will be washing the cars in the garage so a section of the walls will need waterproofing.
Any ideas?

If your plan is to use your garage as a car wash stall I would not drench your walls. Doing these two steps should help with water mist/splash. If you expect the walls to get real wet then you need to do the following. Also use a rubber base.
If I were doing this for my garage I would use green board, seal it with Seal Krete and then I would use either roll vinyl/Lynoleum 4' high or so along the wall. Or you could use the 12" or 18" tiles to accomplish the same thing. Either way you need to create a barrier from the water.
