Gt 3 Performance!

AFTER driving CUP cars here and in Europe for the last 5 years, I find VERY,VERY, little opportunity to enhance the performance of the "street" version.
MAYBE someone is missing the point in my very experienced position?
EXAMPLE-VERY EXPERIENCED DRIVER, DAYTONA, FEW WEEKS AGO.
full on CUP-runs 02'S ON FULL COURSE
STREET GT3-runs 08's!
calculated top speed-173! calculated top speed "cup"-169!
SO GO AHEAD AND TELL ME ABOUT PERFORMANCE MODS TO STREET GT3'S. If you want a more uncomfortable ride, baulky engine run up, poorer overall performance OR VERY marginal improvement-go ahead, MAKE YOUR DAY, what do I know.
I realize the audience of 6SPEED, very good guys AND very, VERY entertaining!
My GOAL has,as always, complete focus on delivering mature, reasonable sense respecting services (ahem!) performed on these wonderful machines. I have viewed so many early abortions of good Porsches in my life, for the sake of a buck and no friggin' brains to back up these "modifications".
I have clients who are unaffected by the value of their cars, yet they too enjoy parking next to another Porsche and REFUSE to allow their machine to look or perform in a vacuous way.
CHROME YOUR WHEELS, PUT ON THE K&N FILTER, LOAD THE BOOM BOX IN YOUR TRUNK, PERSONALIZE; cool, however, do not argue performance with me, I remain ahead of the curve.

In answering a question no one asked you demonstrate that your arrogance is amazing. I personally don't even think you've ever sat in a Porsche, infact with that attitude I doubt you are even old enough to have a driving licence.

How about you show us your racing history, and a list of your 'clients'. I for one would like to know who you are so I can give you a very, very wide berth.

Watt, is that really EJ?

He looks like such a nice young man! He sure came across as a miserable old git in his posts. I had him picured as an early '60s curmudegon, whose entire life has been one of lost opportunities and regrets, living alone in a rain soaked part of Apalacia with a lot of plastic teeth!

You know Andrew - I'm really looking forward to meeting Watt, the guy has the same kind of warped humor that I have...

Maybe on the 3rd at you know where?

I'm heading north that day on a previous engagement with the Z8 posse, but I'll be at the following one.

You might be surprised, he who pens like an assassin is actually a very gentle cordial chap in person!
