the 04/05 had some minor suspension tweaks as well as a few other less notable options... wheels and cf, inlet, wind and mirrors... the production numbers for 04/5 were significantly lower than 01/2/3 ( 01 for euro for all you nitpickers)

If your an acomplished driver, the only way to go....a REAL porsche that U have control over.......I seriously doubt that a 360 compares. Run both at the ring for a few days....then......get emergency medical care for the "F" car.
